Very early rough sawn mahogany sea chest- beautiful dark wood hard finish with canvas covered line beckets and hand carved holders. Whale ivory carved plates , ivory keyhole and knotted fringe around the lid.

Number 130 from the William Boylhart collection.

Dimensions 37 1/2 inches x 18 1/2 inches wide x 17 inches high.
