Extremely Rare Mark V Dive Helmet by A Schraders Son, Inc Brooklyn NY

Punch stamped 11 on the breastplate and on the lid. Also has very faint markings: 50-no 1.
There are six pencil sized holes in the breastplate plus one on the back of the lid. These can be easily repaired.
